Watlington Business Association and the independent retailers of the town have created a loyalty scheme to reward you, our customers, with the chance to win fabulous prizes.
Pick up your loyalty card, featuring artwork by Harriet Riddell (www.institchyou.com) at any of our participating retailers.
How it works
Every time you spend £25 with any of our participating retailers you can collect a loyalty stamp.
Once you have collected 10 stamps simply return your completed card to any participating retailer to be entered into our prize draw. You can enter as many completed stamp cards as you like. The more you shop, the more chances you have to win!
The prize draws will be undertaken on the 1st February, 1st June and 1st November.
Winners will be contacted by the details provided on the back of their loyalty card, so don't forget to fill them in!

Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions ("terms") govern the Independent Retailers Loyalty Scheme ("scheme") offered by Watlington Business Association ("we", "us", "our") to eligible individuals ("you").
- By participating in the scheme you agree to be bound by these terms.
- The scheme is open to anyone making in store purchases above £25 ("qualifying amount") at participating retailers.
- Participants will receive a maximum of one stamp per transaction, unless the WBA run a specific promotion where multiple stamps can be received.
- Participants can exchange an unlimited number of completed stamp cards to enter the prize draw.
- Participants can redeem their stamp card when 10 stamps have been received.
- Redemption of a stamp card gives participants one entry into the prize draw.
- Entry into the prize draw is based on the date the participant redeems the completed stamp card.
- There will be one prize hamper to be won each period for the duration of the scheme.
- The winners of each prize will be randomly selected from all the prize draw entries in each period . Each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
- Participants can win a maximum of one prize per period.
- Winners will be selected on the published prize draw dates.
- Winners will be announced via email and on the WBA website.
- Winners will be contacted to provide a short quote and photograph to be used in WBA communications.
- By entering their completed stamp card into the prize draw, participants consent to be contacted via email or telephone if they win a prize.
- Entries to the prize draw will close on the last day of the corresponding period.
- The scheme may be terminated by us at any time, without prior notice.
- In the event of termination, participants will have a specified period to redeem their reward.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice.
- Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the WBA website.
- We will collect and use participants personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By participating in the scheme, participants agree to our collection and use of their personal information.
- We reserve the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the prize draw the winner agrees to participate in publicity as reasonably requested.
- We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the scheme.
- Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of the scheme is limited to the value of the rewards available to you.
- These terms will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the scheme will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
