Watlington Business Association, together with our amazing independent retailers, has created a Loyalty Scheme to thank you for supporting local businesses. Every purchase helps keep Watlington’s High Street thriving — and gives you the chance to win fabulous prizes along the way!

How it works

🛍️ Spend £25 or more at any participating retailer to collect one loyalty stamp.
☕ At OxClub, Plates & Bloom, Crumb Coffee, Orange Bakery and The Undercroft, the qualifying spend is £15. |
🎁 Each completed card (10 stamps) enters you into the draw to win one of three £50 prizes.
🌟 If your card includes stamps from 5 or more different businesses, you’ll also get an entry into our Grand Prize draw worth £100. |
🎉 You can enter as many times as you like — every completed card is another chance to win.

Visit Watlington Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("terms") govern the Independent Retailers Loyalty Scheme ("scheme") operated by the Watlington Business Association ("we", "us", "our"). By participating in the scheme, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
The scheme is open to anyone making in-store purchases of £25 or more at most participating retailers, or £15 at specified retailers (‘qualifying amount’).
The £15 qualifying amount applies to OxClub, Plates & Bloom, Crumb Coffee, Orange Bakery and The Undercroft.
No additional purchase is necessary beyond the qualifying spend required to receive a stamp.
How the Scheme Works
• Participants will receive one stamp per qualifying transaction, unless a WBA promotion allows otherwise.
• A qualifying transaction is one where the spend meets the retailer’s qualifying amount (£25 at most retailers, £15 at OxClub, Plates & Bloom, Crumb Coffee, Orange Bakery and The Undercroft).
• Completed cards with 10 stamps can be exchanged for one entry into the prize draw.
• Participants may submit multiple completed cards for multiple entries.
• Completed cards that include stamps from five or more different participating retailers will receive one additional entry into the Grand Prize draw.
• Prize draws are held three times a year (March, July, and November) or on dates published on our website.
• Entries close on the last day of each draw period.
Prize Draw
• Each draw period will award three Standard Prizes valued at £50 each and one Grand Prize valued at £100.
• Each completed card counts as one entry into the Standard Prize draw.
• Completed cards that include stamps from five or more different participating retailers receive one additional entryinto the Grand Prize draw.
• Participants may win one Standard Prize and the Grand Prize in the same draw period if they hold multiple winning entries.
• Participants cannot win more than one Standard Prize in a single draw period.
• Winners are randomly selected from all valid entries, with each entry having an equal chance of winning.
• Winners will be notified by email or telephone and announced on the WBA website.
• Winners may be asked to provide a short quote and photograph for WBA communications.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely to administer the loyalty scheme and contact winners. All data will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for these purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to this use of your data.
Scheme Modification or Termination
We may modify or end the scheme at any time without prior notice. If terminated, participants will have a reasonable period to redeem any valid stamp cards.
Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from participation in the scheme. Our total liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the rewards available to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
